By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

✅ Who Can Return?

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You simply changed your mind (within the return window).

Conditions:

  • Notify us within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that are worn or used

  • Custom-made or personalized bags

  • Final sale or discounted clearance products

“Return Request – [Your Order Number]”

Include:

  1. Your full name & order ID

  2. Reason for the return

  3. Clear photos (if item is damaged)

We’ll respond within 2–5 business days with return instructions.

💳 How Refunds Work

  • After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • If approved, the refund will go back to your original PayPal payment method.

  • Refunds take 3–10 business days, depending on your provider.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free if your item is defective or wrong.

  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Use a trackable service — we’re not responsible for lost returns.
